A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as a bit of butter, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle marked "limited release 2010" purchased at the brewery. Minimum hiss noise when opening. Pours with a clear golden body with a scant white head that fades to a ring quickly. Aroma of corn, bitter tannins extracted from grain, bread, earthy and woody (probably from tannins, not hops, but we will see), popcorn. Taste is dry, bitter, quite tannic, dry, earthy, popcorn, grassy, styrofoam. Not quite as bad as it sound, but I wouldn’t want to drink more than 4 ozs of this 22oz bomber. Wondering what went wrong with this one. Dry with decent carbonation. Not a great beer.
