Lots of roast and some caramel and oatmeal. A little nut. Bitter like an Icelandic lumberjack. Nice balance. Velvet texture. Tap at Micro bar.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted barley, oats, bread and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted barley, oats, bread, and chocolate, leading to bitter finish.
