Bottle @ Home, courtesy of Henriksoegaard. Pours amber, leaving lacings. Aroma of honey, flowers, herbs, light alcohol. Flavor is meium sweet with honey, spice, flowers, wood, some alcohol. Medium body, warming alcohol in the finish. 190113

Bottle 500ml. clear glass w. swing top @ [ T.S.H.R.B.G.S.C.S.M.T (The Second Handrup RateBeer Gathering Special Cider Sake Mead Tasting) - Ebeltoft ].Clear light medium amber yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to lght heavy honey, wood, oxidide notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sharp, honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120414]

Bottle. DArk yellow colour. Moderate spicey honey aroma. Very intense. Light sweet slightly spicey flavor. Average moderate sweet finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Clear deep golden with no head. Aroma is honey, perfume, fruit, herbs and spices. Flavour is honey, herbs, fruit, notes of alcohol, sugar, sweet and spices.

Bottle 14%. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are honey, herbs, caramel and alcohol. Nice and warming.

Hazy golden color. The aroma is quite floral, with honey, and light orange flowers; also mild spices. It’s a sweetish Mead, not syrupy, with lemony honey flavor, flowery. The final is drier, with some orange peel. Quite good.

Bottled@CPH BeerFest2010. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, mild spices, wood and alcohol. Flavour is spices, honey, some wood, mild alcohol as well as some quite nectary noes.

Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Clear golden, no head. Condensed floral honey aroma, Sweet with lemon and herbs. Warming alcohol combining with menthe in the finish. Really sweet and quite potent with concentrated honey flavours.

At Copenhagen Beerfestival, on May 7, 2010Clear golden color, no head. Sweet, raissin, alcohol scent. Sweet, raissin taste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.
