Bière d’hiver 2010/2011
Une version plus forte de notre bière noire de Lyon. Ronde et moelleuse, les malts torréfiés lui apportent des arômes de réglisse et de chocolat noir.
Lors de son élaboration, nous avons infusé dans le brassin l’arabica « Nouvelle Guinée » provenant du torréfacteur Los Primos. Cela procure à cette bière brune un arôme de café très agréable ainsi qu’une saveur acidulée.

Draft. A hazy red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of coffee and chocolate - like a cappuchino. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of coffee combined with medium notes of chocolate and roasted malt, leading to a dry and lightly finish where the coffee and a note of cocoa beans lingers. I love an experimental French beer - maybe the best French beer I’ve ever had.
