Cask. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and light notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and elderflowers from the hops, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish. Very refreshing.

On gravity at the Queen Victoria, Stroud 05/09/09. Slightly hazy, pale gold in colour with a decent white head. Aroma of pineapple, lychee, rosewater and grassy hops. Full mouth feel, with flavour beginning with a touch of sweet malt, more fruit, a hint of yeast and a decent dry finish. Unusual and very enjoyable.
