It is a normal beer, could be better. The taste in the mouth is a bit boring, watery but some herbs, cynamon, nice final touch, buying this beer in one drink of the world, tasting it at Prélaz.

clear orange to amber colour, medium sized yellowish ecru head; aroma of grainy, orange peel, some wet cardboard, and biscuity notes; taste of toasted bready, some moderate biscuity, hoppy and orange peel oily bittery and slight clove notes; nothing really notable

Wenig gewürziger, sehr leicht süßer Antrunk. Weich, süffig, ein wenig hopfig. Dunkler werdend, mild im Mittelteil und Abgang. Mild malzig, was ich bei einem Winterbier stärker erwartet hätte. 8/8/8/7/8/8

as ’Unser Bier Winterbier’. pours a slightly hazy amber with a medium white head and a nice lacing. aroma of cloves and other spices, fruits (apples), caramel. flavour of malts, caramel, honey, oranges. slight zesty bitterness.

Meine Flasche hat 5,7%. Hellbraun-trüb liegt es im Glas.
Der Antrunk ist hopfig-fruchtig-frisch. Im Hauptteil wird es schön vollmundig mit spürbarer Herbe, aber es bleibt schön süffig. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang anhaltend malzig-süffig-süßlich. Aber im ganzen Bier lassen sich auch mit viel Phantasie die bei den Zutaten angegebenen Gewürze nicht ausmachen. Im Internet steht auch noch was von "Orangenschalenaroma" - aber dieses schmecke ich genausowenig. Nichtsdestotrotz aber ein durchaus schönes und empfehlenswertes Bier!!

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, candy, butter - fudge. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a long to average duration, spicy - herbs ?? tea - candy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]
