GBBF 2006. A light yellow perry with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of pears. The flavor is dry to start off with combined with light notes of wood, then comes some sweetness with strong notes of pears, and towards the end the sweetness resides and the dryness comes back.
