Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 3.5
Draft at the brewpub, July 2006. A slightly hazy copper colored beer with a lazing orange head. The aroma is of diacethyl and burnt caramel - is it a brewing flaw? The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, burnt malt, and diacethyl. I’m thinking brewing flaw.
