Draft at the brewpub, July 2006. A very light yellow beer with a only a rim of white head. The aroma is artificially sweet with only faint hints of wheat. The flavor is sweet citrusy with only a light malt presence, and a dry slightly wheaty end. A beer without character, but probably good as a thirst quencher. Definately an American Wheat.
