Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium red orange colour with a small average, frothy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, grey - off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruit - berry porridge, moderate hoppy, hop oil. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, porridge sweet, hop oil, acrid oil notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110430]
