[At Jyske Øldage 2004, Kolding] A red-brown beer with a dense creamy head, due to the nitrogen pump used. The aroma is sweet malty and slightly roasted. The flavor is sweet and roasted, the mouthfeel creamy again due to the nitrogen, but the body is thin. Nice try for a first Danish Schwarzbier.
