An unclear yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is sweet and very wheaty. The flavor is also dominated by wheat, and that special sourness that I connect with German Weissen. An average beer. Maybe the not that high marks are due to the fact, that this was sampled bottled in Denmark, brought in by Alex (fiulijn) who had bottled it at the Brasserie. Thanks, Alex, for the hard work.

Wheat ale. Nice weizen beer aroma, with some spices (cloves). Nice taste, typical; citrusy; easy to drink. Ordinary palate.
Bottle, 2004-01-24, 7-3-7-3-14
Cloudy blond color. Very nice and fresh aroma, flowery, with fruits and light wax. Quite good taste, not really wheat-like, with a pleasant sweetness, some malt and a delicate but nice hoppy note.
