Bottle, 75cl corked. Clear, faintly foggy, sparkling. Apple juice, winter apple, some yeast and pear in the aroma. Medium to full body, warming, semi-dry. Carbonated. Apple juice, yeast, grass, butter hints and bark in the flavor. Medium length finish. Not a favorite. 250328
