We brewed this smooth dark ale with a base of Maris Otter and layers of dark British roasted malts, hopped it singularly with the ever distinguished Fuggle hop, and fermented it nice and clean with our favourite London ale yeast. We’re getting notes of 24 hour cold brew coffee, good ol’ Black Patent malt, dried plums, fresh fig, and some browned butter chocolate chip cookies.

Draught at source: pours near black with head of beige. Aroma is dark chocolate, dark fruitiness. Taste is roubded fruit, light bitterness, mellow sweetness. Solid.
