Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, foamy, beige head. The nose is pumpernickel, black bread, cocoa powder, rye, and bread dough. Sweet and malty, with a faint, backing bitterness. Medium to heavy body, chalky, and thick. Pretty fun and quality.
