American IPA with Brett, passionfruit, mango, and pineapple. Originally a collaboration with legendary homebrewer Mark McKay, Amrita is a joyous expression of fruit and hops interaction. Co-fermented with Pomona and Brett C yeasts from Escarpment Labs, aged on passionfruit, pineapple, and mango. This juicy beer features a soft hop bitterness, along with tons of tropical fruit character. The outcome is a distinctly flavoured IPA bursting with bright tropical notes and robust hop essences, a genuine nectar of the Gods.
