A light yet fullbodied beer, a healthy thirst quencher with a delicious hop flavour. A traditional beer with high fermentation level, produced in small quantities, using only natural ingredients: hops, yeast, water and malt.

Bottled. Hazy orange brown, small white head. Fruity-citric nose: a bit like in Finnish mead: lemon, raisins and brown sugar. Carbonated, a bit sticky sugary, but overall not really sweet, more like spicey and lemony. Some hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste (mixed with sugar).

Bottle. Golden with thick white head. Not a huge aroma, some yeast and hop. Slightly too carbonated in the mouth. Some lemon and a bit of cream flavours in mouth. Finish has some tingly hop. OK, but I didnβt pick up a lot of aroma or flavour on this.

(Bottle 33 cl) Unclear, pale honey coloured with an almost whisky like aroma. But the hops overpowers everything else - this is really a bitter beer, too bitter for itβs rather light body. 110798

Can the sampling be saved? Well, sort of...this beer was a bit of a relief after trying the pathetic Stoney Creek Red Ale. Poured cloudy yellow-orange with plenty of yeast "floaties" and a thin off-white head. Sour white grape aroma, rather "ozoney" (phenolic) with toasty caramel. Flavor was a bit undifferentiated but not bad, with caramel, toast and spice mingling with white grape and apple peel. Pretty good, but a bit on the boring side.

The aroma is sweet yeasty, acidic, and corriander. Unclear light yellow with a small fast disappearing head. The flavor is wheaty, corriander, and yeasty with a dry end. A nice beer.

(Provisory rating). Very thick, loby head, irregular. Very hazy, orange-green beer. Whilst pouring, vague smell reminiscent of gingerrootbeer. Spicey aroma. Coriandre & orangepeel. Taste: Hoops. Infected. pediococcus or something (don't havy my micros ready). Orangey, citrussy flavour underneath, becomes piquant through the mouldy off-taste. Some sweetness still, strangely enough. Very carbonated, but yeast in suspension makes it more creamier, fuller than it probably is. Well yes, this happens (too often). Will rate this beer again, sometime.

Cloudy blond color; creamy head. Smooth, quite malty, but still a bit dry (Triple-like). Fully enjoyable, not complex.

Hazy blond hale, big head. Quite strong dry hop aroma, dry, a bit sour. Dry, sour taste, pretty aggressive. Similar palate, maybe too bitter.
