Draught at the brewpub, small stable creamy head, deep brown colour with reddish hues, aroma of dark bread, toasted notes and a hint of charred wood, charred wood flavor, dark malt and a hint of smoke, noticable sourness. Nice and true to the style.

Draught at the brewpub. Nitro. Black, tan foam. Roast, coffee, yeast, a bit of minerals, dry, moderately bitter, watery nitro mouthfeel.
