At TLVCBF, very little bubbly head, very deep brown colour, aroma of beetroot and toasted sourdough bread, earthy and sweet beetroot flavor with just a bit of chocolate that gets stronger in time. Really original, Light and easy, very very good.

Sample at Tel Aviv Craft Beer Festival 2022. Dark brown. Malt, nuts ,caramel, beetroot, mild roast, sweetish, strong weird bitterness.
