Bottle, very little head, very dark brown colour, aroma and flavor of bourbon and dried fruits, some wax, a bit of roastiness and maple, very sweet and almost cloying, quite noticable alcoholic bitterness. Nice but quite simple and not too complex.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Black. Roast, licorice, wood, some dark fruits, some bitter chocolate, some coffee, yeast, sweetish and umami, medium to full-bodied, bitterish alcoholic finish.
