Bottle, big bubbly dissapaiting fizzy head, murky red blush color, sour aroma of wine cellar with some apples and minerals, flavor of green apples, with a bit of pomegranate at the back, light sourness and a bit too sweet. Nice but balanced.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D's place. Thank Max. Pinkish peach color. Apple, juicy, pear, some pomegranate, sweetish and sourish. Pretty nice and refreshing.
