Bottle, small bubbly head, cloudy apricot orange color, tomato juice, celery, chilli powder, light spiciness, a hint of yoghurt in the back, light to medium vinegary sourness. Weird but truly original.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy golden-orange. Tomato juice, lacto, tabasco, MSG, celery, black pepper note, sourish, salty, umami. Interesting.
