Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Black. Chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, acetaldehyde note, some alcohol, wood, sweet, full-bodied, a bit boozy.

Dark brown color with very low beige head. Aroma: chocolate, butterscorch, vanilla, cinnamon, molasses. Taste: oily palate, sweet chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, licorice, molasses, ABV dangerously hidden, slightly higher carbonation feels disturbing. Full bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Really good, nice barrel selection, oily, rich and complex. Few points deducted for slightly higher carbonation.

Czarne, nalewa się bez piany. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty wanilii, gorzkiej czekolady, kawy. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu, alkohol świetnie ukryty, nasycenie na niskim poziomie. Świetny RIS.

330ml bottle. Smooth, thick and intense with wheaty bourbon notes, hints of vanilla, oak, syrup and chocolate sauce. Piana niezbyt trwała. Bardzo intensywny, przyjemny, słodki aromat. Słodka czekolada. wanilia, kawa, czerwone owoce, dębina. W smaku mocniej dochodzi do głosu beczkowość. Intensywna wanilia, dębina, czekolada, kawa. Alkohol w klimacie destylatowym, świetnie ukryty, przyjemnie grzeje przełyk. Goryczka niska, mogłaby być wyższa. Wysycenia praktycznie brak. Wysokie ciało. Znakomite. Sztos alert

Bardzo przyjemny w stronę pastry, rzeka wanili i czekolady, alkohol stopniowo, szlachetnie daje o sobie znać na finiszu. Gęsty, z kawowym posmakiem. Smaczne. Dużo beczka oddała bourbonu.

Butelka 33cl (BB 14.04.2024). Kakao, szlachetny alkohol, przyjemne rozgrzewanie od środka, bardzo dobry balans i ułożenie, po prostu sztos.
