Bottled. A dark red beer with a light tan head. The aroma has notes of fruits and malt. The flavor si sweet with notes of malt and caramle, leading to a a dry bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a clear nutty brown with an off-white head. Dry, roasty aroma. Medium body, dry roast, ashes and a little yeast. Some malty roasted bitterness. Well made. 131011

Bottle from SB Majorna cons 2011-09-19 Göteborg AR: some artificial vanilla chocolate, roasted malt AP: deep ruby a bit brownish colored body, big frothy dark beige quickly deminishing head F: roasted malt, medium bitterness, rich in carbonation soft/round body, melas, perfect as well mentioned on the bottle for swedish "husmans cost" that are rustic

33cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff. Brune, cuivrée, col épais beige. Arôme, léger, levure, malt grillé avec sorte de grains de café concassés, poudre de noisette et chocolat. En bouche, très belle saveur, malt grillé, fine amertume, sec au palais avec une touche de fruits noirs sur la fin, pointe de café, grains et chocolat.

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget Nordstan. BB not printed. Sampled on September 4, 2011Clear dark brown color, medium sized lasting tan head. Sweet, malty, grainy, some chocolate scent. Malty, dry, grainy, a bit metallic taste. Finishes dry and grainy. Moussy mouthfeel. Fairly high dry grainy bitterness. Grainy and some coffee aftertaste.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges when held to the light. Fruity and slightly roasted aroma with notes of nuts, marzipan, caramel and dried fruit. The finish is moreish and nicely balanced with fruity, sweet and roasted elements all vying for attention.

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Very dark brown, creamy head. Mild coffee and caramel up front. MId dry with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Flavours of fudge and espresso, increasingly bitter finish, A modern/US style interpretation of dunkel.

On tap at Akkurat in Stockholm, August 2011. Dark red with a small creamy head. A nice beer, chocolate, malt and nuts. Medium carbonation and body. Very drinkable. A good Dunkel.
