Draft at the brewery, 11/10/17. Dark brown, brown head, moderate lace. Coffee, molasses, and vanilla. Okay, but something doesn't quite work. 6/4/6/3/12

Draft at the source. Poured a dark cola color, perhaps a little darker than that, but not by much. Light tan head. Aroma was light roast, chocolate notes, some dark fruits. Flavor was roast, dark chocolate. Booze is a bit noticeable. Nice. Will have to try the beer that is the "base" for it.
