Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw as well as lighter notes of honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, as well as lighter notes of honey and metal. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Mild citrus fruity hoppy aroma. Light spiced. Medium dry hoppy, light spiced and light cornish. Ends mild bitter and slight citric. Clean and crisp.

Bottle: Greenish-golden coloured, small, lacy head; pale-malty nose with a touch of cardboard and vegetables; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied, almost watery; short grainy-bitter finish. Not a fairy-tale (Märchen).........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a thick and slowly lacing foamy white head. Light-sweet and strawy malty nose with fresh grassy and herbal hoppy notes. Light bitter flavour with a tinge of tartness, light to medium bodied, crispy carbonation. Strawy malt character, quite one dimensional with faint hoppy accents; dry, strawy and slightly bitter finish. Boring and disappointing Festbier (14.05.08).
