Thanks to kevnic2008 for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, more and more spicy-wheaty. Light dry background. Finish well balanced and quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top.Clear medium to dark yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - splet, caramel, candy, sweet malt, honey notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Amber with a small white head. Aroma of banana and bubblegum, with grain and a hint of spice. Cloying sweet banana and grain flavour with a faint sour touch

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, clove and yeast. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, fruit, caramel, little banana, sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear copper with a small egg white head. Wheat, banana. A bit of caramel. Extremely sweet banana bubblegum. Thin.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Light amber coloured, a bit unclear, big lacy off-white head; sourish grainy-wheaty nose with some cloves underneath; sweet-tart flavour with a slight acidity, light bodied; shorter finish, more bitter, more yeasty, more fruity. Obiously well crafted, but not so attractive....

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a huge and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet bubblegum-fruity aroma with a whiff tof toasted malt and phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, slim bodied with a soft carbonation. Earthy and slightly toasty taste with notes of bubblegum and sour dough; slightly fruity and wheaty/spelty finish with a dry tartness in the aftertaste. 20.V.10
