Viel gutes Braumalz und feiner Siegelhopfen verleihen diesem Bier die charakteristische Würze und die spezielle Note. Es hat einen erhöhten Malzgehalt und ist kräftiger gehopft. Der Stolz 125-jähriger Braukunst steckt in diesem Bier und macht deutlich, dass ein gutes Bier mehr als ein Getränk ist.

Classical German beer, on the Swiss way. This one was pleasant with our Chinese hotpot, om the Swiss art. This one is not really a spezial, it sounds more a dortmunder export, malty, grainy, side of honey, hop, perle probably, 11.05.20, at Epalinges, purchased at one Rio Getränl, Muri (AG)

Relativ einfacher, wässrig herber Beginn. Wenig würzig, geringe Süße, getreidig. Meh. 7/5/6/5/7/5

Bottle shared with Erzengel! A clear pale golden beer. Aroma of grainy malt, cardboard, mid bitter hops. Taste of spicy hops, grainy malt, boring!

Grainy neutral beginning. Fresh, mild and moderate bitter. Nice refreshing grainy in the aftertaste with hints of bitterness.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light vegetables, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Weak grainy aroma with a touch of cardboard. Dry and thin flavour of grain and grass

Bottle @ FOneFan. clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, grainy and a little hop. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, grainy, grass, hop and a mediumbitter.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours clear golden with a white head. Sweat and rough grain in the nose. A bit of paperbag. Medium to thin body.

(33cl bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, greenish golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Moderately sweet, strong grainy nose with a good dose of herbal hops and a touch of alcohol. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Grainy, biscuit-like taste with a touch of cara-malt and light herbal notes; quite dry, slightly bitter and a bit slim finish with a good balance between grainy malt and herbal hops. Likeable Export.

Bottle (Grüezi, Quack-Duck !): Straw golden with a smaller foamy white layer; barley and hops in the nose with the emphasis on the barley, some alcoholic wawes in the background; mild bitter-sweet flavour, very light bodied, slightly lingering, dlicate bitter finish. O.K, a bit thin......
