*Old rating, best before 03.12. Erstaunlich hopfig-herb für das, was ich erwartet habe. Mild-würzig, nicht zu tief, sehr süffig mit einer schon etwas deutlicheren Herbe, die sich auch angenehm im Nachgeschmack hält.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, light cereal, light to moderate hoppy, grass, dry grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dusty grass, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, no head to speak, mild but distinctive aromatic (Tettnang or so .…) hoppy nose; light malty base, moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied but soft; lingering mild noble hoppy and malty finish. Nice, nice…

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Citric and fresh hoppy aroma with a mildly pale malty sweetness. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt character with herbal and subtle fruity hops; moderately bitter hoppy finish with a nasty metallic touch in the aftertaste. 05.IX.11
