Brewed with floor malted English Marris Otter and a hefty charge of rye malts, this beer brings a spicy malt presence to the scene. But its the hops that are the stars of this hep ale. We hopped Rye Baby with copious amounts of Chinook and Simcoe hops and then dryhopped it with a blend of the two to give it an amazing hop character that will make you the baddest delinquent in Baltimore! We think Rye Baby is a delicious beer that you’ll be burning inside to drink, and if that’s a crime we’ll stand convicted! Cask with Clementines added.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a dark, slightly murky orange color with a nice lasting white head, good head retention on this cask. Aroma was spice notes, zest and plenty of warm clementines. Flavor was malty, spice, and grapefruit citrus notes. Clementine powers through this, but it’s not as citrus-dominant as I had hoped it could have been.
