Bottled 330ml (Petalax, BBE 2011)
Deep hazy amber color, steady beige head. Caramel, crystal malty sweetness in the nose, Slightly sour, berryish, lots of cardboard. Gone old? All of these Camelthorns I’ve had, have been quite weird.

Hazy dark amber color. There is some quite nice hop aroma, with the caramel. The body is light, with some caramel flavor, and very dry mouthfeel; missing some better hopping here.

Bottle @ Miss January / AA Meeting Afterparty Tasting, March 2012. Pours dark unclear amber with a small creamy head. Yeast, rubber, caramel and dust. A bit of hops. Homebrewer feel. Not entirely bad though.

300ml Bottle (Thanks Omhper) - Copper red with a slight haze. Fruit, malt and some hoppy and citrus notes in the aroma. Tangy, hoppy and slightly fruity taste with notes of grapefruit, toffee and raisins. Nicely balanced and whilst the American influence is undeniable, it very much reminds me of many British beers I’ve had that have been brewed using American hop varieties.

Bottled. Hazy copper colour, small head. Citric, floral nose. Dryish with clean mouthfeel and light body. Perfumy red currant and grapefruit. Clean crystal malt character. Mid bitter finish. Modern style hoppy hot weather beer. American style microbrew from Namibia!
