This hoppy sour wheat IPA was aged for four months and dry hopped with Cascade and AMARILLO® hops. Bright flavors of tangerine and bitter orange pair well with the earthier notes of spruce and pine. All combining beautifully with our house Jolly Pumpkin funk.

Wit and Will and a steely eyed fox all offer clues to the key to the unknowable enormity of the universe. Put a bird on it.

A hoppy sour wheat IPA aged for four months and dry hopped with Cascade and AMARILLO® hops.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has some sour wheat up front with light fruits and a bit of sweetness. Flavor starts with sour fruits with a hint of funk and a decent amount of funk.

Bottle courtesy of GT2, thank you sir! Cloudy variegated golden amber color, large thick, fluffy cream colored head. Aroma of sour grapefruit, banana, tropical fruit with barnyard funk. Taste is softly sour tropical fruit, sourdough bread, dusty citrus. Really nice.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy tart yeasty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity sour tart citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity sour tart yeasty citrus hoppy finish.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, spicy, tart, grape, wine, riped fruit, oak - wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate aicdic and bitter with a long duration, tart, sour grape, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120322]

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric and orange fruity. Smooth citric, cider like, orange fruity and mild acidic. Mellow and smooth fruity into a dry and light citric finish.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, wood, and vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, vinegar, wood, and some malt, leading to a tart bretty finish.

Denver Rare Beer Tasting. Cloudy, fluorescent yellow orange appearance with an off white. Mildly tart, lightly tangy, lemon, orange, citrusy, a bit funky aroma. Funky, mild to moderately tart, lemon, citrusy, lightly sour flavor with a slightly tangy, tart finish.
