This hoppy sour wheat IPA was aged for four months and dry hopped with Cascade and AMARILLO® hops. Bright flavors of tangerine and bitter orange pair well with the earthier notes of spruce and pine. All combining beautifully with our house Jolly Pumpkin funk.
Wit and Will and a steely eyed fox all offer clues to the key to the unknowable enormity of the universe. Put a bird on it.

From a bomber it is a cloudy deep golden color with a big off white head. The Aroma is yeasty and the taste is somewhat sour with hints of pineapple on the palate

From a bomber. Pours a hazy copper with a big off white head. Aroma is floral. Flavors are of pineapple with moderate bitterness and slight tartness. Smooth and delicious.

On tap hazy deep dull orange with a full light beige head. Funky dusty sourness. Woody and earthy Otherwise milk light pale malts and some fresh grassy floral hop bitterness.

Somewhat Orval-like, with a funky bretty element combined with a highly floral hop nose. The hops here are extraordinarily floral, combining with a lightly sweet, light tart doughy malt, hint of honey, birthday cake.

A murky golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light resinous notes, tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at JP Detroit.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is floral, sour fruit, oak. Thin mouth, juicy hop, citrus, nice sourness, really enjoyed this.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VI on 10/03/2014. Pours a hazy orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak, tart fruit and yeast. Light to medium body with a tart lemon character and notes of oak and herbal yeast. The finish is fruity with a sour citrus aftertaste. Solid beer all around.

Draft - Grassy hops, tart white grape and tropical fruit. Clear pale gold with a decent beige head. Grassy, orange rind, tropical fruit and a long acidic fruity finish. Very nice.

Very hazy amber beer, tiny white head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Sourish fruits with a little seltzer minerals and a touch of white wine vinegar. The oak stops it from getting to pucker sour territory. Bit of lemon and brett in the semi dry finish. Nice but I could not drink a lot of this.

Bottle via a trade. Special blend 8-1-2011. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a small white head. Aromas are estery, floral, earthy, grassy, marmalade, hoppy, pumpkin seeds and spicy phenols. Flavors are hoppy, citric, funky, grassy, tangerine, medium earth, spicy phenol, dry and grassy. Lightly carbonic with lively carbonation.
