An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge fluffy light brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with quite a lot of fruit combined with a dusty hop note. The flavor is sweet malty and very fruity, leading to a dry bitter end that also encompasses a dusty hop note.

Bottled (6%). Dark brown colour, huge brown head. Aroma is vanilla, fruits and toffee. Flavour is Dark chocolate, vanills and dark, dry fruits. Also some slight hints of licorace and caramel. Slightly watery palate, but otherwise quite pleasant.

Bottled 25cl, alc. 6 % (BBE 2007). Muddy hazy dark brown, big tan head. Dry woody, hazelnut and lightly berry-like aroma. Dry flavor, asparagus, hazelnut, wood, malts. Carbonated, even slightly coca cola -like. Not very likeable.

Der Geruch erinnert mich an eine Wiese. Das Bier ist würzig und überaus aromatisch, dennoch in einigen Teilen recht mild. Es ist schwer zu beschreiben, da das Bier ein ganz eigenes Aroma hat. Test vom 15.6.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 13,9,10,10,4,10 - 9,85

Opaque brown beer; small disappearing yellow-brown head. Bit of coffee nose, lot of dark - well, not-malts, rather colouring liquids. Grainy taste, ever so slightly and not unpleasant acidity. Licorice, chestnut flour. Again, pretty watery MF, which makes me suspect colouring even more. Bland, rather.
