Bottle. Hint of caramel in the aroma. Caramel, mango and a hint of milk chocolate in the flavor. Sweet, but fruity and plesant beer.

Fles thuis gedronken met LiekevdV. Het is een helder bruin bier met medium schuimkraag, schuim is snel weg. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande mout en koffie. De smaak is gebrand en wat door. Bitter in de nasmaak.

Pours very dark, caramelly brown. Unstable white head that just collapses. Smell is sweeter, syrupy, with a coffee aspect ( like coffee syrup liquor ) bit caramelly , very intense on the earthy side. Taste is medium bitter, a sharp acidic undertone (not sure if ment? ) high carbonation. Ends very plastic and sticky. far from great. pretty sure this beer has some trouble, as I do hope this is not the intended flavor profile and mouthfeel.

Bottle shared at the Great Job America tasting. Clear orange brown with a big tan head that Trumps your average Dean pour! Aroma of manky old fruits, herbs, strange chemical notes, caramel and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

25cl bottle bought in Belgium. Pours clear dark orange brown colour with a huge most good lasting beige head. aroma of spicy malt, herbs, cinnamon, red fruits. Taste of red mild tart fruits, caramel, spices, and again the typical Strubbe Flavour!

Flesje thuis gedronken. Helder bruin bier. Schuim is snel weg. Geur van koffie die te lang gestaan heeft. Onbestendige smaak. Nasmaak is bitter maar ebt snel weg.
