Civil Disobedience, our non-violent protest against the homogenization of flavor, comes in the form of a spontaneous, circumstantial, and unpredictable series of beer releases. We relinquish control in favor of an anarchistic collaboration of microbial activity. This is the expression of our conscience, our opposition to oppression, and an act of creative freedom.
Civil Disobedience (1849), Henry David Thoreau’s moral call to action, is a perennial challenge against the contemporary sopor of individual political conscience... "It is not too soon for honest men to rebel and revolutionize."
Question. Act. Evolve...

Civil Disobedience #1: A blend of two different batches of Arthur and a bit of a beer called ’mimosa’, a saison brewed with orange zest and brett clausenii. All stainless. Not barrel aged.

Bottle from the release, shared the next evening with Chris, Greg & Niel at Ebenezer Kezar’s. Bright hazy golden color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of meadows, flowers, citrus. Taste has light spice, straw, pineapple. Nice.
