Bottle, dark brown colour, smallish head, dark honey, dried fruits sweetness and a bit of sourness, red vinous notes, wood, a hint of ash and roastiness coming through. Highly enjoyable, ages gracefully.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Black. Honey, molasses, caramel, alcohol, vinegar, roast, wine, wood, fruits, some soy sauce, sweet and slightly sourish.
