Bottle, smallish bubbly head, very dark brown colour, aroma of fudge, spiciness and sour plums, wood and something a bit musty, flavor of chocolate and plums with whiskey notes, lightish noticable sourness. Very interesting but extremely weird.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Lior. Black. Funk, wood, cherry, vinous, a bit of chocolate, roast, olive notes, a bit of soy sauce, quite dry, slightly sourish.
