Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Clear oily yellow to golden color, no head, some legs. Sweet, alcohol, cinnamon scent. Sweet, sugary, cinnamon, alcohol taste. Cinnamon aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Smooth mouthfeel, no bitterness, warming finish.

Bottle courtesy of Kaj. Pours clear golden leaving some subtle legs in the glass. Smell is floral with honey, caramel, pollen, alcohol and lemon peal. Taste is sweet and floral. Mouthfeel is round, tiny oily, boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet with honey, caramel, vanilla, pollen, hay, alcohol and lemon peal. Solid sweet mead! Bottle at Sjätte Tunnan, April 2013. Clear golden/orange with no head. Aroma and taste of light fruit, honey, "white wine" and some light spices. Easy to drink.

Blond color. Indeed this one is a sweet Mead, with lovely, deep notes of freshly cut wood and wood sap, in the aroma and even more in the flavor; tones of musk, of forest; correct acidity; there is a touch of fruits too. Excellent Mead.

Bottle 750ml.[ Courtesy of fiulijn ]. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, sharp honey, spicy honey, nectar. Flavour is light heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy, perfumed honey, warm alcohol. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120323]

Bottle @ AA-Meeting, Western Denmark 2012. Pours clear yellow with bubbles on top. Sweet honey, hazel and caramel. Sticky and oily. Slightly spiced. Flowers. Lovely sipper.
