Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear golden. Fruity esters, yeast, lots of alcohol, phenolic spiciness, a bit sweetish, bitter and boozy.

Draught at Kishkashta, smal stable creamy head, quite clear and a bit intense yellow colour, lots of saison yeastiness, waffle, some candy, quite sweet and too heavy. More a Belgian strong ale then a saison and certainly not dry.
