Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Kobi. Cloudy golden. Passion fruit, lime, some ginger, some lacto, sour, a bit spicy, a bit bitter.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5

Draught at La Binouze, no head, cloudy palish orange colour, amineral aroma with some sewer notes, piercing fruit vinegar sourness, strong shrubs, nettle and a minty hint, sweet fruity whiff. Not much tropical fruits but really nice and interesting.
