Bottle, big bubbly head, muddy dark brown colour, aroma of cake maltiness and banana with a bit cherries, flavor of nuts, dried cherries, yoghurt and just a bit of cake, lightish bitterness probably from the pits, and just a little alcohol creeping through, medium bodied, light sourness that feels a little dryish and just a hint of sweetness. Really nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy amber. Yeast, vegetables, minerals, caramel, nuts, spicy, slightly sourish, sweetish, a bit of smokiness.
