At the brewpub, small stable bubbly head, clear dark orange to light brown, aroma of citrus with some wood, flavor of caramel, quite sweet, with a bit of citrus and a hint of wood, light to medium citrusy bitterness. Nice, but not exactly balanced.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear deep golden-amber. Citric hops, malt, caramel, some buttery diacetyl, sweet, a bit of alcohol, bitter finish.
