Bottle. A quite clear one, golden in color and with a finger-thick white head leaving some lacings. Quite buttery nose, with fruityness and some pale malts. The flavor has a touch of bitterness, and also the fruityness and the dreadful butterscotch from the aroma. Medium body, quite dry and very smooth. Some bitterness and butterscotch in the end. I guess it would be a nice beer without the butterscotch. 120217

Swing top bottle. pale blonde. Soft malty and flowery aroma. Malty doughy flavor with flowery hops and a hint of citrus. A bit too sweet for a pilsener, but certainly drinkable.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of straw, and so is the flavor, though added a light note of cardboard, leading to a refreshing bitter finish.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Grainy and pale-malty nose with a tinge of grassy noble hops; clear golden, quickly vanishing white head; solid sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; sweet pale malt and noble hops in the lingering, soft and bitter finish. Good, good semi-bohemian Pilsener.....

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden coloured and effervescent hue with a fluffy blonde foam. Moderately sweet and slightly grainy malt-aroma with notes of sour dough and fresh herbal, slightly grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a pleasant and well-matured mf. Soft malty and herbal hoppy taste; quite dry and bitter finish with a good dose of hops (03.05.08).
