Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Very dark brown. Roast, minerals, yeast, a bit of acetaldehyde, dry, earth, mud, wood, some bitterness.

Draught at the release at Biratenu, almost no head, opaque black colour, arom of vanila, maple, caramel, a bit of chocolate and a hint of berries, fills a little decedamt flavor of chocolate and berries, just hints of vanila and maple, lightish but noticable fruity sourness, medium bodied. Really nice and well made, highly enjoyable.
