Well-balanced between subtle hints of banana and clove, our Hefeweizen is super light and crushable but full of flavor. You can expect aromas of tropical fruit, fresh bread and a fluffy mouthfeel.

Keg at the brewery, 6/10/15. Clear very pale golden, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of citrus hops and pale malt. The taste is wheat, spice, citrus, candied citrus. Medium bodied, well balanced, refreshing.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a very pale, clear yellow color with a small foamy white head. Aroma was lots of sweet malts, some light juicy hops, touch of grassy notes. Interesting. Very light, still retains enough flavor at 3.9%, so not too shabby.
