Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Aroma is fruity notes, gooseberry bush and berries typical to danish ales. Also distant lemon notes. Palate is way too high on CO2. Flavour has soapy citrus, some gooseberry bush and berries. Weird stuff and nothing to do with pilsner (or vienna), Perhaps a ”Danish pale ale”.

Bottle. Pours hazy light amber with rocky white head. Aroma is fruity (apples, pears, citrus and grapes), and faint malty. Taste is medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with good carbonation. Finish is bitter with notes of nuts, cookies, butterscotch and bitter grapefruit.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Very cloudy pale amber, enormous lively head. Soapy yeasty nose with some marzipan. Shallow crystal malt, notes of cellar and sticky caramel, low hop rate and bitterness. Very simplistic. Made from home brew kit?

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted - caramel, dusty, apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, rubber, malty. Bottle, 5.3%. Mildly citric hop aroma. Cloudy amber colour. The flavour is OK malty, slightly chalky and smoked. The smoke is probably not intended, but tastes OK to me.
