Bursting with coconut indeed. It outshines the roast and other elements. Bittersweet finish. Some caramel. Maroon pour. Tap at brewpub.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a Hazy brown with a tan head. Nutty caramel nose. Flavors of coconut. Creamy finish.

Draft pour at the brewery. Poured a light hazy brown color with a small light tan head. Aroma was lots of shaved coconut notes, a bit like a mounds bar, sans the chocolate. Flavor was about the same, light chocolate, but mostly just toasted coconut. A little thin, which might be my only serious complaint.

3ish ounce draft pour at Old 690. Hazy brown with light tan head. Aromas of coconuts, light spices, toffee. Tastes of big toasted coconut with some bits of cocoa. Medium body with a dry finish. Pretty enjoyable if you like coconut.
