On tap. Pours with a clear, deep brown body with a long lasting tan head. Aromas of cola, smoke, brown sugar, apple wood. Good caramelization, rich, some maple. Flavors are very smokey, earthy, dirt, tannic. A bit astringent in the finish. Some maple, light dark roast acidity. Medium bubbles and dry, light acidity some what warming.
