A distinctively tart farmhouse ale that relies on a kettle souring method that incorporates our house lactobacillus (aka Lacto) yeast culture. This beer is very tart with streaks of lemon and sour orange zing, as well as hints of passion fruit and even bubble gum. If you are new to sour beer, this may be the one that converts you - it is a delightfully unique experience.

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish, from GenDV138, thanks Donnie! Poured a hazy golden yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma was light tartness, sweet malt notes. Flavor was a decent maple sweetness. Subdued, rounded tartness (aka not a sharp tart character).

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish. Stillwater collaboration. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of caramel, honey, lemon lime citrus. Tastes of tart lemon lime and orange citrus, tart acidic notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Really enjoyed this one.
